The location is great, right across from Marriott Mena House. The pyramid view from the window is beautiful. However, hygiene is only average and the sound insulation is poor; it gets noisy from the road.

Dirty rooms, shower blocking, A/C not working, dirty towels, they moved us to a bigger room because of the A/C not really any better.
Place is run down, they’re using photos of premises when it was new.
