The house is part of a small group of houses in a a village. It is far from the beaches, but is very quiet and has stunning views. It was very clean and well equipped.
The pre-arrival communication was a nightmare!!! The place requires payment via credit car or bank transfer before you arrive. My card got charged 6 times and the lady organizing the check-in kept demanding even more payment in quite a unfriendly manner before she realized that she had made a mistake and already had my money. I spent several hours writing back and forth until it got sorted out. Not ho you want to start your holiday!!!

Kaz Ocean ist eine sehr schöne gepflegte und gesicherte Anlage mit 4 bis 5 kleinen Ferienwohnungen die alle Garten und Poolblick haben. Wir haben sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber vorgefunden. Didier hat uns sehr viele Tipps für Ausflüge, Wanderungen oder Restaurants gegeben. Immer auch diskret und nicht aufdringlich, es waren wirklich tolle Gastgeber. Kaz Ocean ist wunderbar oberhalb von Saint-Leu gelegen mit einem traumhaften Meerblick. Wir waren in 13 min. unten im Zentrum von Saint-Leu.
Es gab für uns nichts was uns nicht gefallen hat.
