Excellent location, beautiful mountains, pity rooms were dusty and facilities in rooms not working. Breakfast was served late. Staff were supportive and tried their best.

Based on our previous visit, which gave us such good memories of the place because of the warm and friendly staff, the current visit was nothing but a big letdown. Firstly, the receptionist closed right after we checked in around 9.30pm, although they advertised a 24-hour front desk. We didn't get a chance to ask about their laundry service. The barman had to contact his supervisor to get the info for us. Next, the lock on our room's door was weak (you can open with a simple key). We noticed that the other rooms have keycard locks. The blinds in the bathroom were missing. We requested for a non-smoking room but were greeted by a room with smoke stench, and an ashtray provided. There was no remote control for the tv. The "Do Not Disturb" sign was not available in our room and so we had to write a note to put outside our door before we went out. When we returned, someone had entered our room. Although it was to leave 2 bottles of complimentary water, our request was ignored and our privacy not respected. Plus point, we saw some impressive cockroaches in our room. The bar closed at 10pm. Although late, the barman showed up and was professional and courteous. The same can't be said for the lady at the bar reception as well as the front desk staff upon checking in who appeared lacklustre. We can't comment about the staff's attitude upon checking out because no one was at the front desk. Kudos to the security staff who were thorough and polite.
