We enjoy the location of Nelligen, staff friendly and facilities reasonable. close to town if you need anything, a great spot for relaxation and not overcrowded.
It is very disappointing that the park is now totally cashless, so with only wanting one or two items from the shop at reception and having to use a card payment then to have surcharges is very disappointing, you should be able to pay with cash. This is also not good for older people who like to use cash, or for children who would want to buy from the shop with pocket money.

Good location and river is lovely
Rooms were very dirty, wifi drops out all the time, customer service not fantastic, pool has sharp spots kids were hurting themselves on, cockroaches in the room, games rooms take money but don’t work
