    i recently stayed at JW Marriott Hanoi for a business trip and had a very positive experience. The hotel is highly suitable for business travelers. The rooms are spacious, modern, and very well-maintained, with a comfortable work desk setup and strong Wi-Fi connection, which made it easy to manage meetings and emails. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring proper rest after long workdays. The breakfast spread was impressive, offering a wide variety of international and local options. Service throughout the hotel was professional, efficient, and warm from check-in to concierge assistance. Staff were attentive without being intrusive. The hotel’s meeting facilities are well-equipped and ideal for corporate events. Its location is also convenient for business meetings around the My Dinh area, while still offering a quiet and peaceful environment away from the busy Old Quarter. Overall, JW Marriott Hanoi delivers a seamless, comfortable, and premium experience for business travelers. I would definitely stay here again for future work trips.

    Food at the grill was awful. The front office person at the spa was rude and did not keep the timing.overall a nice and massive property that lacks good service.
