So after arriving and checking in I forgot to get the other bed made (my fault) . I then went and asked for bedding and got bedding with hole in . I then noticed that on our family room it said Air Con , this was a fan ! No ac in the room. Also strange marks on the sofa pillows and brown marks on the curtain . Only one plug socket in room by the table Even the bedside lights didn’t work We actually left early . Only bright thing I can say is the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The First ImpressionFrom the outside, this hotel looks quite rough and needs some urgent building maintenance. The initial curb appeal is not great, which made me a bit nervous when arriving. Fortunately, the inside is a completely different story. The interior decor is lovely, and my room was clean, modern, and well-maintained. The bed itself was comfortable, but the pillows let it down. They were far too firm for my liking—so hard, in fact, that my ear was actually hurting in the morning from the constant pressure. Stayed for one night during a wedding celebration. My room faced the beer garden and golf course. With the balcony door open, it was quite noisy until around midnight due to the wedding party. The next morning, I could also hear the golfers out on the course. If you want total peace and quiet, definitely ask for a room away from the function areas.
