    I had a really good impression about Cassia until I decided to stay there this time . The stay has been a absolute nightmare . * Laguna boasts really high about their cleanliness. The lagoon or lake or whatever they call , it stinks. I did see a lot of dead fish floating and saw the resort staff clearing them up . Not sure what's the primary reason , but as soon as you open up your balcony door , stench just disgusts you . * cassia hotel & residences are 2 different hotels, so be mindful when you book .Hotel customers get premium grade treatment and residences guests are just treated as if we're here on a free stay . I pity the residences owners who have signed up with Laguna on rental programs . With this sort of mentality , you can win over ppl .I wasn't offered a cheap umbrella during heavy rain, every tuk tuk ride charged at 50 bhat. *staff are rude as hell and offer 0 or no assistance . I did walk all over the Laguna Property to realize that checking in at cassia residences happens to be at HOMM suites concierge., even though cassia hotel has a pretty good one . *the unit was good , but honestly no toiletries, not even simple stuff like coffee mix , dental kit , soaps , detergent. Etc etc. . Then what does Cassia management charge me for? Just for the damn unit ? *only good thing that happened smoothly was check out
