    We had one of the most worst experience ever in this hotel, one of the reception staff is terrible and dose not even know how to deal with guest. I had several electrical issues in room and I just genuinely informed the reception staff but she keeps talking back and making excuses. I had no way to charge my phone, reception said I have to wait until next day 10am until the engineer come. I already complained two days and the engineer did say it's fix but it was not. I had to come down from my room to the reception and the lady there argued with me with out giving a solution, after a heated conversation then only she offered to make a room move. This was such a bad experience. I don't recommend anyone to stay at this hotel.
