    I was a regular customer at this hotel but not anymore, normally we would have stayed around 5-8 days per month and usually the staff were helpful. On this occasion we asked to borrow a bowl and spoon something we have done on almost every stay we usually arrive late in the evening so restaurant is often closed. On this occasion we asked like we would regularly and the staff refused and said they don’t have although the hotel does do breakfast and snacks. Conclusion the staff are unhelpful and do not consider customer service. I won’t be a return guest again
