No 24 hour reception, No telephone in the room. No tooth brush kit is given. all other things are very goo, the swimming pool, the property, the bedding, the bathroom. location is also very good, But In the same price or add bit more and you might get sea side property.

We were there for two nights for an open water diving exam. The first night was good. Peaceful and quiet. But the second night they had a group event without informing in advance. The group turned on loud music from the evening outside in public and then move inside but still very loud until 10.30pm. The hotel should’ve told us in advanced. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. Would not recommend and would never go back.

ประสบการณ์เข้าพักที่แย่ที่สุดครั้งหนึ่งที่เคยเจอ ปัญหาหลักคือเสียงดังจากแขกกลุ่มอื่น ซึ่งไม่ใช่เสียงพูดคุยหรือเสียงรบกวนในระดับปกติ แต่ดังในลักษณะเหมือนจัดมินิคอนเสิร์ต มีการใช้ลำโพง ร้องเพลง ตะโกน และพูดคุยเสียงดัง หลังเวลา 22:00 น. ยังมีแขกที่มีอาการมึนเมาเดินไปมาตามบริเวณโรงแรมและพูดคุยส่งเสียงดังมาก เสียงดังต่อเนื่องตลอดทั้งคืนและรบกวนแขกคนอื่นที่ต้องการพักผ่อนอย่างมาก เมื่อแจ้งทางโรงแรม ทางโรงแรมกลับแจ้งว่า แขกยังสามารถส่งเสียงดังได้จนถึง 22:00 ซึ่งผมเห็นว่าไม่เหมาะสมอย่างยิ่ง หากต้องการเปิดลำโพงและส่งเสียงดังในระดับเหมือนจัดคอนเสิร์ต ควรใช้ห้องส่วนตัวหรือสถานที่ที่เหมาะสม ไม่ใช่รบกวนแขกคนอื่นที่เสียเงินเข้าพัก ที่แย่ไปกว่านั้นคือ ไม่มีพนักงานคอยจัดการหรือแก้ไขปัญหาอย่างเหมาะสม ไม่มีเจ้าหน้าที่คอยควบคุมสถานการณ์หรือเข้ามาระงับเสียงรบกวนอย่างจริงจัง เสียงดังต่อเนื่องจนถึงเช้า เราเสียเงินเพื่อเข้าพักและคาดหวังว่าโรงแรมจะดูแลสภาพแวดล้อมให้แขกทุกคนสามารถพักผ่อนได้อย่างเหมาะสม การปล่อยให้แขกกลุ่มหนึ่งส่งเสียงดังตลอดทั้งคืน โดยให้แขกคนอื่นต้องเป็นผู้รับผลกระทบ ถือเป็นการบริหารจัดการที่แย่มากและขาดความใส่ใจต่อผู้เข้าพัก เป็นหนึ่งในประสบการณ์เข้าพักโรงแรมที่แย่ที่สุดที่เคยเจอ และไม่แนะนำสำหรับผู้ที่ต้องการพักผ่อนอย่างสงบและสบาย Worst hotel experience ever. The biggest issue was the extremely loud noise from other guests. This was not normal talking or reasonable hotel noise. It was more like a full mini concert, with loud speakers, singing, shouting, and people talking loudly. After 10:00 PM, drunk guests were walking around the hotel and speaking extremely loudly. The noise continued throughout the night and seriously disturbed other guests who were trying to sleep. When we contacted the hotel, we were told that guests were allowed to make loud noise until 10:00 PM. I find this completely unacceptable. If guests want to use loud speakers and make concert-level noise, they should use a private room or an appropriate venue, not disturb other paying guests. Even worse, there was no staff available to properly resolve the situation. No staff stood by to control the situation or respond effectively. The noise continued until morning. We paid for our room and expected the hotel management to provide a reasonable environment for all guests to rest. Allowing one group to create excessive noise throughout the night at the expense of other paying guests shows poor management and a lack of consideration for guests. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who values a quiet and comfortable stay.
