    We stayed there during low season and we had a good and relaxing stay.

    The hotel has never been flexible with check-in times, even on weekdays when it was clearly not fully booked. Each time, we had to repeatedly follow up to check if our pool villa was ready. During our most recent stay, the private pool water was not clear. When we called the front desk to check, we were informed that chlorine had just been added and that we would need to wait longer before using the pool. This was quite disappointing, especially since we specifically booked a pool villa to enjoy the private pool wih our kids. If you are expecting a large room, a spacious pool villa, or a comfortable bed, you may find it acceptable. However, the service quality is far below expectations. Additionally, the breakfast offers very limited options compared to surrounding hotels. Overall, the experience does not justify a return visit.
