    This is my second time booking this hotel, and unfortunately, I was assigned the same room (401) again. A few months ago, I stayed in this room and experienced an air-conditioning leak. Despite that experience, I chose to return to the same hotel because I wanted to feel special and recreate the experience I had hoped for. Unfortunately, this time, although the air conditioner was no longer leaking, the room was extremely hot. I informed the staff, but it seemed that the support they could provide was quite limited. To be fair, they did offer a workaround by allowing the air conditioner to remain on while we were out, as normally, we only receive one access card, which means the air conditioner would switch off when we leave the room. I appreciate that they tried to find a solution. However, having experienced two different air-conditioning issues in the same room on two separate stays, I am honestly hesitant about booking a third time. What was meant to be a special experience has unfortunately left me feeling disappointed and somewhat traumatised by the room. I hope the hotel can look into the root cause of these issues and implement a proper, long-term solution rather than relying on temporary workarounds. I genuinely wanted to return and have another memorable stay, but I also hope the hotel can give me confidence that these problems will not happen again.

    המלון נקי, הצוות רספונסיבי, הבעיה ,שבחדרים יש מדרגה כמעט בלתי נראית בין כל חדר לחדר כולל למקלחת, הן חדות ומסוכנות, המרפסות ללא מעקה, מאוד מסוכן לקטנטנים, הגישה לחוף מצריכה מעבר כביש מסוכן, החוף ללא פסיליטיס, מצריך נסיעה לחוף מסודר, יש שאטל מהמלון שמתאים עד ל 4 אנשים, השאר נדחקים בבגאג', א.בוקר לא מומלצת, יש חנות נוחות להשלמות צמודה, שאנחנו הגענו באוגוסט 26 הבריכה הייתה בשיפוצים - לא ניתנת לרחצה. מתאים יותר לזוגות, לא מבוגרים וללא ילדים
