    The front desk staff was great! They were friendly and helped me with my questions. The cleaning staff was also great. Also ate at the restaurant and it was a great experience.

    There is a real problem with pigeons around the balcony area of my room. Needless to say they crapping everywhere, which in itself is a major health hazard. Both lifts were out of service at the same time for some maintenance, so had to traverse the stairs from the 5th floor, very bad planning. The car park is so full of non residents visiting the rooftop bar/restaurant that the residents have nowhere to park. In general I would not recommend anyone staying here.
