    We have stayed in a family room, It is comfortable, big room with 4 beds, with amenities, big and clean toilet. Its airbnb style but there is a helpful cleaner there assisting to check in & also got replies from the management in a timely manner through agoda. Smooth Check in, near to Thonglor BTS, 7-eleven. The only downside is there is no lift in the building. Overall, we really enjoy staying there.

    A word of caution - this is more of an Airbnb than a hotel, something which we would have known if we read all the reviews. So this means there is no reception, which is ok if the owner actually sent the details for accessing the main entrance and room. It’s also not an excuse that response would be slow because we arrived on Christmas Day - the owner should have known there were guests arriving. When we got there the main entrance was open but the only person we found was the cleaning lady who couldn’t speak English. We managed to get the room code but she wasn’t done cleaning and told us to come back later. Anyway we thought about coming back after dinner but because we forgot - and the cleaning didn’t tell us about the main entrance code - we had to return immediately after our late lunch because we were so worried about getting locked out for the night. It didn’t help that the owner wasn’t responsive on Agoda, IG FB, email and worse, the number they had wasn’t IN SERVICE. We managed to catch the cleaning lady for the main entrance code and the owner only replied me on FB FOUR HOURS LATER. No apologies whatsoever. I also had to ask for the wifi password because there was no information provided in the room. So yeah, if you want to have peace of mind, get yourself checked into an actual hotel. Positives - room was clean, beds were good, there was hot water in the shower and the toilet worked. Other negatives - room looked nicer in photos, the nice rooftop view is only for the upstairs room, there was a baby cockroach in the shower area and the shampoo and body wash were running low so we bought our own to use. Also, something about the plumbing caused kitchen waste water smells to rise up from the bathroom sink. I’m trying to be fair with my review since it wasn’t all TOO BAD but seriously, nobody needs the kind of hassle we got just to get ourselves checked-in.
