    The room is very small. Not much space and walk around. But location is good and staff is very helpful.

    Good value during my stay as it is near the Nimman area/Maya mall, 7 11, massage, laundry and popular Khao soi restaurant, but in a quiet neighborhood. Old town is around 2km/30min walk or just do grab motors. Free breakfast varies everyday and has access 24/7 to water bottles and coffee. Minor downside is you get to hear a bit of noise from hallway/other room.

    плюсы: вода, кофе из автомата на первом этаже можно пить в любое время и брать воду. уютный холл, красивая территория перед домом. минусы: были слышны самолеты (жили на 4 этаже), но ночью вроде не очень беспокоило. Ремонт комнаты видно не новый, но кровать очень удобная. И в душевой отличный новый ремонт Вид на сад прекрасный, балконы приватные. Завтраки: основное блюдо тайская кухня (за два дня был рис с 2 креветками и кусочком броколли и вот второй день рис с пережаренной рыбой). Но дополнительно там есть глазунья, овощи и разные хлопья, кексы, хлеб и всякие топпинги для поливки хлеба и сливочное масло. ну в общем позавтракать можно, но не насладиться))
