    The hotel is clean and well-maintained, and the housekeeping service is good. However, the Wi-Fi is not working at all, which is very inconvenient. The breakfast is also disappointing, as they provide only a very small portion in a small bowl, which is not enough for a proper meal. The hotel needs to improve its Wi-Fi service and provide a better breakfast with sufficient quantity. Apart from these issues, the cleanliness is good.

    Location far from airport, near a Thai university, in Minburi. Fortunately Amazon, 7/11. Staff could be more friendly, but finally helpful. Ask for a quite room on the back side.
