    We had the end room number 1 it was perfect next time I will bring my fishing gear , the only thing that let them down was the breakfast even for thai standards it wasnt good but we will still come back its the room we liked more than anything

    เป็นการมาพักผ่อนที่อารมณ์เสียที่สุด. วันที่ 1 พฤษภาได้เข้าเช็คอินที่โรงแรมช่วงเวลา 16:00 กว่าๆ 4 ห้องนอน ผู้ใหญ่ 4 เด็ก 5 จองห้อง Tripleทั้ง 4 ห้อง ทางโรงแรมได้แจ้งว่าจะมีการจัดงานตอนเย็นไม่สามารถบริการอาหารเย็นที่โรงแรมได้ เราก็โอเคไม่เป็นไร พนักงานไม่ได้แจ้งว่าจัดงานอะไร แบบไหน แล้วเสร็จกี่โมง เราก็แยกย้ายกันเข้าห้องพัก ช่วง 18:00 ได้พาครอบครัวออกไปเดินหาอะไรทางที่ถนนคนเดินเชียงคาน กลับเข้ามาโรงแรมอีกที่ช่วง 21:00 pm กว่า ได้ยินเสียงร้องเพลงราคาโอเกัดังมากๆ เราก็คิดว่าคงไม่น่าจะนานก็คงเลิก ช้าสุดคง 10:30 pm แต่ไม่ใช่อย่างที่คิด งานเลิกเที่ยงคืน เราได้ติดต่อหาอโกด้าก่อนเที่ยงคืน แจ้งให้อโกด้าทราบปัญหาที่เราเจอ และได้โทรหาแผนกต้อนรับ แต่ไม่มีใครรับสาย. ตอนเช้าเราได้แจ้งกับทางโรงแรมเรื่องเสียดัง พนักงานได้ขอโทษ และแจ้งเราว่าถ้าเราแจ้งโรงแรมเขาสามารถย้ายห้องใหม่ให้ได้ เราเลยแจ้งว่าเราได้โทรหาแผนกต้องรับแล้วแต่ไม่มีใครรับสาย พนักงานแจ้งว่าคนที่รักษาความปลอกภัยอาจจะไปเดินเช็ค แล้วจะให้โทรเพื่อถ้าไม่มีคนอยู่รับสาย. อโกด้าได้ติดต่อหาโรงแรมและโรงแรมแจ้งว่าไม่สามารถคืนเงินได้เพราะเราได้เข้าพักแล้ว และเช็คเอาท์ออก 10 โมงเช้า. คือจะให้ไปหาห้องใหม่เวลา 5 ทุ่มหรอ แล้วที่เช็คเอาท์ 10 โมงเช้าเพราะกว่าจะได้นอน อีกอย่างเดินทางทั้งวัน ไปเที่ยวที่อื่นก่อนที่จะไปโรงแรม ล่าสุดเหมือนเป็นความผิดเรา และทางโรงแรมไม่มีท่าทีว่าจะทำอะไรเลย

    A distance ( about 4 kms ) from the centre of Chiang Khan, but with a walking and cycle path passing the hote. The room we staying in was on a floating pontoon. An interesting experience, although the room itself was very basic. The disadvantage of visiting at this time of year when the river is very low, is that many steps are required to and from the rooms to reception and the restaurant. If you have any disability, I would not recommend. Breakfast was "ok" but the staff are very nice and always helpful.
