Nice place, off main st, down quiet sideroad. Would have liked tea or coffee with the kettle, but no complaints. Good breakfast, only spoilt by disrespectful tourists, allowing their children to scream about, how the staff cope, with not being allowed to clip the little fkers around the ear!! Other than that, my next time in Didim I will hope to stay here again.

Close to beach, walkable along esplanade to bazaar and castle. Breakfast had alot to offer and was fulfilling. Parking right outside hotel.

Bu yaz boyunca yaklaşık bir ay kadar Altın Ersan Otel'de kaldık. Bu süre içinde iki kez konakladık. Bugün otelden çıkış yapmamız gerekiyordu, ancak üç gün daha kalmak istedik. Hediye Hanım bize bu üç günlük uzatma için 9000 TL fiyat verdi. Ancak Agoda'da aynı tarihler için 6300 TL göründüğünü fark ettim ve rezervasyonu oradan yapmayı tercih ettim. Bu durumu Hediye Hanım'a söylediğimde, adeta gözlerinden ateş fırladı. Otelin en suratsız çalışanı olarak nitelendirebileceğim Kemal Bey, rezervasyonu internetten yapacağımı duyduğunda hemen bilgisayarına yöneldi ve bir şeyler yaptı. Kabul edilen işlemim, iki dakika sonra otel tarafından iptal edildiği bilgisiyle tarafıma iletildi. Oldukça saygısız bir şekilde karşılandık, bu nedenle çıkış yapacağımızı bildirdik. Eşyalarımızı topladıktan sonra sakin bir şekilde yeniden konuşmak için aşağıya indim. Ancak Kemal Bey, bu defa da agresif bir tavır sergiledi ve kendini savunmaya geçti. Hemen ardından Hediye Hanım geldi ve o da benzer bir şekilde saldırgan tavırlar sergiledi. Konuşmama bile fırsat tanımadılar; gözlerinden adeta ateşler püskürüyordu. Gerçekten saygısız ve samimiyetten uzak insanlarla karşılaştık. Müşterilere nasıl davranmaları gerektiği konusunda hiçbir fikirleri yok. Çıkarken Hediye Hanım, "En iyisi biziz!" diye bağırdı, bu da bana oldukça basit bir davranış gibi geldi.
Size tavsiyem, buraya asla gelmeyin, kaçının. Tek memnun kaldığımız kişi, bize çok yardımcı olan ve gerçekten iyi davranan Şükran Hanım oldu. Hediye Hanım ve Kemal Bey, Şükran Hanım'dan biraz ders alabilirler. Size içten bir tavsiye: Bu tavsiyemi ciddiye alın, belki bir yerlere gelebilirsiniz. Ya olduğunuz gibi görünün ya da göründüğünüz gibi olun.
