    The hotel fails to provide basic hygiene and service. Evidence with photos attached: - Insects: Large cockroaches in the room and heavy ant infestations. - Dirt and mold: The bathroom is uncleaned, and the door is covered in mold. - Broken furniture: The bedside table is tilted, so things slide off. The shower shelf is broken and hangs from the wall, leaving nowhere to place toiletries. All furniture is extremely old. - No service: There is no staff on-site to help. The owner replies only with automated templates and refuses to cooperate. I travel frequently and stay in many budget hotels, but this property lacks even the bare minimum of comfort.
