    Room is spacious, quiet and very clean, location is quite ok with car, staff are friendly and good service, breakfast is good. Bathroom has a bit of smell (like drain), aircon temperature is difficult to adjust, only one elevator so sometimes must wait for long, room is sound proof from outside but not from corridor. Overall is good value for money so recommended.

    The rooms are spacious and friendly to kids. Foods are great. There is an electric car charger for customers as well. It's very convenient.

    I booked this hotel as first time traveller to Chiang Mai I got confused between this and Moose Nimman. Both hotels are in Chiang Mai so to avoid confusion to customers like me on booking platforms, they should use a different name. If Moose Nimman uses Nimman area name then this hotel should use their local area name or mention Highway in brackets on Agoda etc. Also the staff poorly handled a power outage. Left the note outside door just before taking down power for maintenance. Even if unplanned they should knock on door or push the note under the door. I was in bathroom taking shower when suddenly power was cut off. Terrible experience and I wanted to ask refund.
