    รีสอร์ทบรรยากาศดี แต่การจัดการยังมีจุดที่ควรปรับปรุง จองห้อง type Villa แต่ถูกเปลี่ยนเป็นห้องเล็กกว่า(ขนาดห้องเล็กกว่าเกือบครึ่ง+ราคาถูกกว่าเป็นพัน) โดยไม่แจ้งล่วงหน้า ซึ่งทำให้เสียความรู้สึก อีกทั้งช่วงเข้าพักสระว่ายน้ำและร้านอาหารมีกรุ๊ปทัวร์ใช้จัดงานวันเกิด แขกทั่วไปจึงใช้บริการได้ไม่สะดวก และร้านอาหารต้องรออาหารนานมากกว่าชั่วโมงและต้องเอากลับไปกินที่ห้อง ทั้งๆ ที่รีสอร์ทตั้งอยู่ไกลไม่มีทางเลือกอื่น หากรีสอร์ทแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้าและบริหาร facility ส่วนกลางให้แขกทุกคนเข้าถึงได้เท่าเทียม ประสบการณ์จะดีกว่านี้มากค่ะ มีข้อเสนอแนะเพิ่มคือหากมีแขกมาเป็นกลุ่มใหญ่แล้วทางรีสอร์ทไม่สามารถดูแลแขกทั่วไปได้เท่าปกติ ควรปิดห้องอื่นๆ แล้วบริการเฉพาะกลุ่มไปเลยค่ะ โดยรวมรู้สึกว่าอะไรๆ ก็ต้องขึ้นอยู่กับแขกกลุ่มนั้น โดยที่เราจ่ายราคาเท่าปกติไม่ได้จ่ายถูกลงตามบริการที่ได้รับค่ะ
