    I've visited here already 2 times as business traveler, very close to Chiangmai (around half an hour) peaceful in the night, nearby there was a shopping mall I can buy some eats.

    All amenities are well taken care of. Equipment well maintained, room is very clean & spacious, without any unnecessary furniture, with a minimalist setting. Great for business travelers who wants a comfortable stay, without hassle

    I paid the same price for this place as I had for most of our stays throughout our road trip driving around northern Thailand and this one was the worst one. Agoda advertised it to us as newly built and it for sure wasn't. The cleaning staff had left straw broom pieces on the floor. The lights above the bed had been ripped out of the wall and were hanging by one screw. The bedside tables and bathroom counters looked like they had never been wiped, as they had drips and cup rings and just grubbiness on them. The sheet were clean though, and we just needed a quick place to sleep while we passed through...although we hardly slept as they are the hardest beds I have felt in the 24 years i have been living and travelling around Asia. Even my kids complained, and they sleep on anything. It was so hard 1/2 way through the night I debated just going to sleep in my car. Breakfast was ok... it was nice that they do this. Toast, boiled eggs and congee. Enough to feed the kids a little something and get back on the road.
