    We stayed 2 nights. Asked for lower floors room as I have injured my ankle but the staff said it was full. Parking space was rarely available. Towels and bedsheets were old and torn. The cleanliness is horrible. Horrible is even an understatement for hygiene. The toilet paper rack fell out when I tried to use the toilet paper— even just a soft pull. Bathroom rug was more like a torn old rag. The bedsheet was not even white, it was so grey and dusty. Everything was old. There are 2 flat old pillows in the room, and to get additional pillows you need to pay extra. The housekeeping service was absolutely horrendous. We did not have water in our room the first night. There was no hair dryer in the room and you have to request them. Staff only standby until midnight so if you need anything extra after that— you are absolutely on your own. You need to go to 7-11 nearby. The only good thing was it was pet friendly and dogs there were cute. Definitely would not recommend even with this cheap price unless you don’t mind outdated room facilities (we’re talking holes in the wall and ceiling, mouldy ceiling, toilet paper hangers falling out, missing light bulb, ripped towel, dirty bedsheet).
