    Dear Sir or Madam - As planned, I and my family wanted to check into your hotel from August 9, 2025, to August 11, 2025. Unfortunately, your hotel did not meet our expectations at all. With your consent, we canceled the booking. You informed us that AGODA refunds prepaid fees. Unfortunately, it is not possible to locate an AGODA service to refund the prepayment of ***. Please help me. Please forward this letter to AGODA. I will initiate a chargeback with my bank. Sincerely, ***

    February 2025- First I will say the family who works here is very sweet. As for the hotel-dilapidated, run-down, state of disrepair-whoever owns this place should be ashamed of themself. Find another place.
