    The staff are wonderful people! The owner, though, thinks his units the cheapest around, and will not put money into repairs that are required. Of the 3 rental units, Villa 1 needs a lot of work…it was totally not possible for me to rent it. Villa 3 is a larger one that I didn’t check out. Villa 2 is where I stayed. It’s a nice spacious unit, with a rooftop patio, accessible on a metal circular staircase. A heavy person shouldn’t use the stairs to go up, because some of metal supports of some steps are almost rusted through. This unit is full of black mold throughout! No joke….it’s all over walls and ceilings! ALSO, the smell of septic coming up through the drains in the bathroom is enough to literally make your eyes water. They had a guy come to do something, but it didn’t change anything. The raw sewage smell remainder. It’s a shame, because the grounds are so beautifully maintained, and it’s far enough away from noisy traffic, that in the evening, it feels like you’re in the countryside. The place has potential but does need some repairs!!
