ที่พักวิวสวย สระว่ายน้ำดี สงบ พนักงานน่ารัก สุภาพทุกคน แต่ห้องที่เข้าพัก 3 คืนแรก เป็น Pool Access มีกลิ่นเหม็นจากท่อในห้องน้ำและอ่างล้างหน้า แจ้งพนักงาน พนักงานช่างมาจัดการเรื่องกลิ่น และฉีดสเปรย์ให้ กลิ่นหายไป แต่พอตกตอนดึก มีกลิ่นอีก จนทำให้นอนไม่หลับ ได้โทรบอกน้องพนักงานรอบดึก น้องมาฉีดสเปรย์ให้ทำให้ดีขึ้น อีกวันก็มีพนักงานจัดการ เราไม่อยากย้ายห้อง เพราะไม่อยากแพค แต่สุดท้ายแล้วอยากแนะนำ ให้ทางโรงแรมปรับปรุง หรือรีโนเวท ในส่วนนี้ ส่วนอีก 3 คืนหลังได้พักห้องพัก อีกแบบ ก็ไม่ได้มีปัญหาเรื่องกลิ่นอีก อาหารเช้า ไม่ค่อยมีความหลากหลาย แต่ส่วนนี้เข้าใจได้ เพราะ ทางโรงแรมมีเมนูเพิ่มเติม ที่ลูกค้าสั่งได้ ซาวน่า ออนเซน ดีมาก มีความไพรเวท แต่เป็นความผิดของเราที่ไม่ได้เชคว่า มีค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติม ( ราคาสมเหตุสมผล) และเวลาจำกัดแค่ 45 นาทีต่อรอบ ตอนใช้ไฟในห้องซาวน่า ติดๆ ดับๆ แต่โดยรวมโรงแรม คือมีความเหมาะสมกับราคาที่จ่าย

วิวห้อง401สวยมากค่ะ ธรรมชาติมาก บรรยากาศดี กิจกรรมในตัวโรงแรมมีหลากหลาย มีหมูกระทะด้วย เตียงนุ่มยวบสบายดูดวิญญาณมาก ชอบมากค่ะ ถ้ามีนวมกับผ้าห่มแยกสำหรับตรงหน้าต่างกว้างๆจะดีมากค่ะ อาหารเช้าโอเค ส่วนตัวไม่ได้มีโอกาสไปใช้บริการนวดหรือสปาใดๆ แต่ว่าเพื่อนที่ได้ห้อง402ติดกันส้วมแอบกดไม่ค่อยลง นอกจากนั้นโดยรวมดีเลยค่ะ
