    The Star of Sathorn is a decent choice for those prioritizing budget and transit, but it comes with some notable trade-offs in terms of room comfort and maintenance. The Positives: • Location & Connectivity: The biggest selling point is the location near Wongwian Yai. It is a very short, walkable distance to both the BTS Skytrain (Metro) and the bus station. Getting around Bangkok from here is incredibly easy and efficient. • Affordability: If you are looking for a low-cost stay that provides a roof over your head in a convenient spot, this hotel fits the bill. The Negatives: • Severe Space Constraints: The rooms are very tight. We struggled with a major lack of storage space; there was nowhere to store our bags, so we had to keep all our luggage on the floor. This made navigating the room almost impossible and quite frustrating. • Bathroom Drainage Issues: We experienced a persistent problem with the bathroom floor where water would stand and not drain. This made the floor constantly wet and uncomfortable when walking in and out. • General Comfort: Because of the cramped layout and the drainage issue, the overall "flow" of the room felt very restricted.

    Staffs are nice and friendly, near Sathon and bts. The areas around has shops and 7/11 room smell great the bed is super comfortable 😴

    The place ticks all boxes right. The common spaces and the room were just as shown. Location is great, 7 11 across the street, 3 min walk to Wongwian Yai bts station. Yet it is far enough from the main road not to be noisy. The staff are polite, friendly and accomodating of guest requests. Hot water pressure is strong; the aircon keeps the room cool without much noise. The internet is generally fast even though it can be slow or even cutt off just every now and then. Room appears recently renovated, no bugs nor smell from the drains. Comfortable mattress.

    Not a single second of early check in or late check out. My flight landed 6am and I checked in exactly 2PM. Additionally it was very hard to communicate with staff they had no one speaking even a little English
