    On the first night of our stay, we were shocked by the actual condition of the “resort,” which did not match the photos shown on Agoda. The room was extremely small, and the bathroom was very dirty. The water heater was not working, the toilet flush was faulty, and the overall condition of the room was very run-down. We had booked a total of four nights, but after the first night, we immediately regretted the booking and requested a cancellation and refund for the remaining nights. The owner (***) refused due to the non-refundable policy, which we understand, although the hotel appeared to have very low occupancy during our stay. Do not be misled by the garden photos—these are common areas with limited space, not private or extensive resort grounds. Overall, the experience was very poor, except for an elderly lady staff member who was helpful and kind. At this price point, there are many better resort options in Khao Yai.

    Good value for money, situated away from the hustle and bustle of the main road & a short distance to the National Park entrance. Beautifully situated with the surrounding hills with no night noise. Restaurants are a short drive up the road. We had the place to ourselves for a couple of nights but it filled up on the weekend. Would go back in the future.

    Very tiny studio suites with very few amenities next to road that you can hear motor vehicles all the time . The shower doesn’t have hot water and there is only one choice for breakfast and is not very good . Highly overpriced !

    Expect to find a healing place in Khao yai, at least it has a private garden to enjoy. But this one is not worth for the price. Just a bed and a toilet. -Facilities: Only a room you sleep over night, that’s all. Before booking, I see a garden view with chair and table but when I arrived, theyre jusst for decoration.
