    Nice, comfortable villa, big beds, great air conditioning and a medium sized pool (we were at the junior suite). I recommend.

    This was our second stay at this hotel, and overall we had a wonderful experience. The location is great — just a five-minute walk to the beach. The private pool offered excellent privacy, and the hotel even has a dedicated kids’ club, making it especially ideal for families with children. The only downside this time was that while I was by the pool in our room, I caught a whiff of marijuana drifting over from next door. I understand it’s legal in Thailand now, but for a hotel that really markets itself as family- and child-friendly, I believe the hotel has a responsibility to hold guests accountable and keep this kind of thing off the premises. I hope you’re able to address this. That said, the hotel still deserves a full five-star review! I’d definitely choose it again next time I’m in Phuket.

    The 3 bedroom concept is great and the pool villa concept is great. But, the house needs maintenance. The staff was accomodating upon request and was friendly. In bedroom #3, tge linoleum flooring is peeling apart, which could indicate moisture/mold/prior flooding in the room. The mattresses are way too firm. Light fixtures need maintenance. On the room, for drying clothes/lounging, there is a green turf that has been saturated in cat urine/feces. Had to get housekeeping to come by and pressure wash it. Recommend removal of turf or daily cleaning maintenance of that roof with disinfectant if you're going to keep it. The bicycles were a nice touch and provided quick easy transportation, however, they need maintenance as well. The electric gate has a hard time opening/closing with manual assistance. The worst policy, that bothered me, was the 1 month deposit hold if using credit card payment. That doesn't sound very legitimate and I disputed it and got it returned immediately. Be warned that this not in any written policy and only verbally communicated on check in. If paying by cash, money will be returned upon inspection/checkout.
