    Great stay with great value for money. The room provided was large, clean and tidy. The staff were very friendly and helpful which made my stay very pleasant. WiFi was okay but a bit spotty at times throughout the day. Facilities were well maintained and nice. Hotel location is fairly convenient; most tourist hotspots around the east side of Phuket are accessible via 10-20 minute car/scooter rides.

    The location is great. Very close to fitness street. Has parking for bikes and cars. The reception is staffed 24/7. The pool is also nice with a lounge area to work. Would definitely stay again!

    Look its the no tourist season, the place was well priced, more than 50% off of high season rate, so i was happy about that, but a 2000+ room in high season, while Phuket might be kinda expensive for Thailand belive me pay a bit more elswehere becasue this hotel is begging to show its age and less than average upkeep. Cannot fault the stalf they went out of there way to accommodate, and if they tell you your getting a room upgrade if you booked a standard room dont take it, it will be a window seat to the drag races on the main road this place sits on, if you go to bed earlish you wont be sleeping.. Asked to be moved to a back room the next morning, while orginal room was nice enough and everything worked it was too noisey for me in the evenings, new room air con low speed was blowing a hurrician, also could not adjust the swing and to lock it, for the life of me who decides to position these aircons, this country is so bad at placing they place them to blow on you while in bed, they looked at it then mumbled something about using the remote and where you are standing after there jack of all trades inspected it, we just copped it sweet, its fine, we slept with the just fan to avoid frost bite by morning as the bedding wasnt really up to a cold or cool night. Then the sliding bathroom door needed to be readjusted as it was sticking im guessing to the floor in places, it required a little grunt to move it. The place is getting tired, im sure some of the rooms are great, the maintance is low quality, and there not inspecting or there would not be a sticky bathroom sliding door, air cons are vintage, thinking Cloumbus dropped them off on his way to find the Americas, no way an 8. anything rating in my opinion....at best a low 7, but this is purley the building, staff as mentioned where first class...
