    Rooms: basic. AC was working as well as the fridge. We did not try the TV which was in Thai language only. Bathroom: 2 tiny soaps, no toilet paper (we had to request), a sink with a mirror, a flush, a shower with mini water heater impossible to set at the good temperature. We staid for 3 nights. The room was cleaned once. Outside: dirty, dirty, dirty. People used our table and chairs just outside the room leaving their garbage and their empty beer cans on the table and around. Upon arrival, we asked the place to be cleaned and after that we did it ourselves. Thai people do not have the same notion about cleanliness than westerners. The room price was quite expensive for Thailand (***THB for 3 nights) and the quality was not there. We do not recommend this place.

    We stayed at this accommodation during the ghost mask festival period. When we arrived, there was a cockroach in the bathroom. We also noticed a number of ants in the room and informed staff, who sprayed insect treatment. After returning a few hours later, there were dead ants on the floor and on the bedding. We requested fresh sheets, which were provided. I asked about the product used for pest control and whether the room should be aired out, but did not receive a detailed response. We later purchased cleaning supplies as there were several areas that appeared not fully cleaned, including around the bathroom, shelving areas, and curtains. The refrigerator was switched off on arrival and had a strong odor when opened. While cleaning the bathroom drain, we found several dead cockroaches inside.
