    As many said it's true that the reception lady is one of the most rude person I have ever met. Firstly, even if you have paid in full. They take 1000 bhat deposit. I wish Agoda and the hotel notify this well before. I stayed 3 nights and no room services at all. I take coffee, I asked them to give me fresh cups, they didn't give to me and all. Said I need to wash and there is no liquid soap to even do that. As my cups had overnight coffee marks. My plates, my cups remain dirty in that outside area for days, they dont care. You cannot eat in your own rooms because they rule is to eat outside. Evening with mosquito it's terrible. As they don't give stuff at all. The rooms are home of red ants. My rooms one side wall has curtains . This is room ***all over, as I was solo traveller. I wasn't comfortable as the curtains had in between white one and transparent. The reception didn't help, she doesn't speak English. The manager intervened and she atleast got some clips and fixed the issue I wasn't comfortable. If you say you are not comfortable eating outside, as firstly I am alone and second due to mosquito. The answer is we have CCTV and don't bother. My stay was a nightmare, they literally don't help with anything. As the reception lady is point of contact for everything. Using same towels, no room services, the cupboard are so old that termites have eaten it you can't even keep your clothes in that closet I did not feel comfortable, safe or clean report. The swimming as many pointed is very small. I also left so many emails to agoda, they say working on the issue and until today no response. They are also mere agents. It was over all disgusting terrible experience.

    A quiet and friendly place about a 10 minute walk from Jomtien Beach. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.
