    The window cannot lock completely, even i try to lock but it easily to open with a little force.

    Pros: * Very neatly themed property. * The restaurant staff were exceptional. * The breakfast buffet was very good. Cons: * Our experience started out poorly upon arrival when we learned our reservation had been canceled. By whom was never clear, but it seemed apparent it was the hotel and not Agoda. I never received a communication from either party about a cancellation, but it was The Terminal who told me it was canceled so you do the math. After about one hour, it was happily sorted and we did get our room. I will add the desk. Staff was not particularly eager or pleasant in this interaction. My Thai wife handled much of the negotiating and she found them to be quite lacking in customer service skills. * Next was the actual room. Upon entering, we noticed a small amount of water on the floorboards. It was not clear where this may have come from, but we speculated at the time it might have been from mopping the floor or who knows what. Ultimately the next morning when we arose, there was a virtual major cuddling of water throughout. It turned out the culprit was the air conditioning which was dripping down the curtains and spreading across the floor. This time, a couple ladies from the desk, staff were pleasant and helpful and relocated us to a second floor unit. * My wife did try to negotiate some level of compensation for our inconveniences by asking for a great breakfast. that was rejected being told we needed to speak to management. We asked to speak to management but were told they were gone for the weekend. How convenient! No worries, we paid for our breakfasts.
