    Stayed on the ground floor and the stench that came from the bathroom was awful. Even after housekeeping cleaned the room, within 10 minutes the bathroom was stinking again. The hotel also slipped a paper under our door with a charge of 100bhat for a stained pillowcase about half an hour after cleaning which was unbelievable. We were right outside when they were cleaning and that would have been a great time to call one of us over to show us that there was actually a stain and let us know there would be a charge, but they didn't. The breakfast was a fixed so you will eat the same thing every day. There is also construction going on so be prepared.

    Happy that I chose this hotel for our 5-night stay in BKK. It's newly renovated. Our room was spotless, transactions went smooth, staff were approachable and helpful, location was accessible and quite near to some attractions. And, there's a café at the lobby!😍

    The hotel staff is not honest and they lack care with the customer health. I got sick due the water of the hotel. Please be careful with this hotel for some reason they are changing the name. Very dangerous
