    Quite location away from the main hustle and bustle, within walking distance to main attractions. Clean rooms but very basic! Not even a kettle n the room. Nice little bistro for breakfast.

    The hotel is super clean and comfortable, we booked breakfast with the room and it was exceptional every morning, the staff are amazingly friendly, and the location is superb for exploring the temples and grand palace. The air conditioning was icy cold, the bed was firm which is what we like, the bathroom was wonderful as was having the fridge in the room. We could not have asked for more. The hotel is performing some renovations and every day you see it getting better Though it is great now. We loved our stay. Thank you for all your kind treatment of us.

    From the moment you check in, you will be carried away by the friendliness and happiness of all the staff, eating a fantastic tasting breakfast, great air conditioning and elevator, and an excellent location from which to explore the older area of Bangkok. We were treated so well That we did not want to leave. We did extend our stay because there was more to see and this was the perfect place to see it from. Thank you for having us and thank you for treating us like VIP guests!

    I would definitely not recommend this hotel. I was extremely disappointed with my stay. Honestly, I don’t understand how this property is rated as a 4-star hotel. I would request all booking platforms to reconsider its star rating. I trusted the reviews and ratings and chose this hotel, but unfortunately, my last two days in Bangkok were ruined because of this hotel and its service. This felt more like a basic lodge setup than a 4-star hotel. There was no cupboard, no proper mirror, no landline phone, no kettle, no toothpaste/toiletries, no coffee or tea, and no hot water. There were hardly any basic facilities you would expect from a hotel. If you need anything, you have to go all the way to reception and ask. Even then, the response is often that they simply don’t have it. I genuinely have no idea why this hotel has so many positive reviews. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had, especially as someone who travels frequently. I would strongly recommend checking the facilities and reviews carefully before booking.
