    We purchased breakfast voucher since it was not included in the room. The reception gave a written voucher as proof. During breakfast the next day. the staff at the restaurant did not recognize our voucher saying that it is not legit. It's so frustrating because the reception is just steps away for them to confirm instead of accusing us of using a fake voucher. He could have just taken a walk. So embarrasing, humiliating and condescending. Told myslef that I will not go back to this place because of this.

    It wasn't worth the money at all, it was mainly the view that was nice but I would say it wasn't clean and old, I wished I booked another hotel. The staff was very friendly and very helpful.
