    The hotel is not maintain well. no renovation. Not clean well, stinky room. the room size is ok . I found many cockroaches in the room.

    Great location and facilities! Front desk staff was rather lax! Was moving there from another facility at 12:00 pm which is normal check out time! Was told could not get access until 2 pm! Small effort to try to have a room ready for say 12:30 pm, but I came back at 1:45 pm and still was not ready and had to sit and wait until the clock struck 2 pm for them to give access! Staff seemed very indifferent to me checking in and made me wait needlessly! Pick up the pace, we are your customers and your business!!!

    The hotel is quite different from the photos. In reality, the place feels old and worn down. The bedroom had a strong musky smell. (just my personal opinion). There was a lot of dust above the headboard, and I could even see cobwebs on the ceiling. The worst part is actually the hygiene of the bathroom the dust was in every corner and most that there was black mould everywhere which is quite dangerous for your health and can be easily removed with some chlorine and a brush. The hotel is about 19 minutes by car from areas with restaurants and convenience stores. The reception staff were friendly and greeted us with a smile, but when we checked out, they were quite brief, just saying “thank you” without anything further. We also carry a lot of baggage and no one bothered to help after checking out to help. From my experience staying at other hotels in the same price range, staff usually smile and say goodbye more warmly (again, just my personal opinion). Personally, I wouldn’t stay here again.
