    Review: Disappointing Stay Due to Poor Maintenance and Safety Concerns Unfortunately, our stay at this apartment was very disappointing. We stayed for four nights with our children and experienced multiple issues that significantly affected our stay. From the moment we arrived until the day we checked out, the Wi-Fi did not work at all. We reported this to reception several times and were given different passwords on multiple occasions, but none of them worked. The television was also non-functional throughout our entire stay despite repeated reports to the staff. These amenities were advertised as part of the accommodation, and their absence was particularly frustrating as we were travelling with young children who had no form of entertainment during our downtime. The most concerning issue was a serious safety incident. I became trapped inside the bathroom because the door jammed and would not open. I was unable to get out for a considerable amount of time. My four-year-old child became extremely distressed and cried because his mother was trapped inside the bathroom. Thankfully, my sister was present and was eventually able to help. Had she not been there, the situation could have been much worse. What made this experience even more disappointing was the response from the staff. After reporting the incident, I was informed that the manager was unavailable. When the manager was eventually contacted, I was simply told that nothing could be done. There was no apology, no concern for our safety, and no attempt to offer a solution or compensation. As paying guests, we expected the apartment to provide the facilities that were advertised and, above all, a safe environment for our family. Unfortunately, neither expectation was met. The lack of maintenance, the failure to resolve basic issues, and the poor handling of a serious safety concern left us extremely dissatisfied. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this property. I sincerely hope the management addresses these issues to ensure future guests do not experience the same problems.
