    I went to the hotel after booking by agoda and they spoke no rooms all rooms are full. He cannot provide me the room, because of this I need to walk on the silent roads and check for another hotel which was nearly 1 km away from that. And since it was nearly mid night I called the customer care and he disconnected the call after putting me on hold, and no recalls me, again I called the customer care after reaching to the another hotel which I booked by walking checkinn guest and got the rooms even the room quality of the other hotel is not good, but because it was mid night I need to stay at the hotel and later I asked the bill from him,

    I was very disappointed with my stay. The receptionist was not friendly and did not seem to have a service-minded attitude. The room was old, dirty, and had a musty odor. It was also not soundproof. Housekeeping was not provided during the stay, only upon check-out. The towels were stained and unhygienic. To make matters worse, there were both rats and cockroaches in the room. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience and I would not recommend this hotel.
