    This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Rude service desk workers, old facilities, loud music from bars close by until 2 am every night, horrible reception on the 32" tv, beds were very hard an uncomfortable. The hotel is close to things including the beach but so are other hotels. We left 2 days early.

    The staff tend to apply additional charges for several services, which can feel excessive. Additionally, the check-in and check-out timelines are quite strict and offer limited flexibility.

    No hot water, cockroaches in room, rooms are old, rusty showers and doors only two hangers in each room, if you want more hanger you have to pay extra. They charge you if you have a little stain on sheets or pillow cases, basically they charge you for laundry If you forget your paper room key in room, they fine you 100 BHAT, If you lose it, they fine you 500 bhat Very limited basic TV channels, WIFI is constantly disconnects. There is no telephone in rooms, so in case of emergency or inquiries, you must go to reception desk The bar across from hotel nearby plays loud music until 2 AM every nigh so it is very hard to sleep. customer satisfaction is non-existent, The lady at front desk with headscarf never ever smiles and she is rude. This hotel is suitable for backpackers or people on a very low budget. They used to be called Privi Hotel, but due to bad reviews , they had to change name Location is good. see pictures i have taken from my room
