    The hotel itself is not bad. It is generally clean, and the location is quite good. The area can be a bit noisy because of the traffic outside, but that is obviously not the hotel's fault. What I did not like was the overall lack of customer-friendly service. There are many prohibition signs throughout the property, and several notices warning guests about charges and penalties for various minor rule violations. Together, these signs create an unwelcoming atmosphere and give the impression that guests are viewed more as potential problems than as valued customers. The most frustrating part was the breakfast policy. After leaving the breakfast area, I was told that I could not return later for another cup of tea. I have stayed in many hotels and have never experienced such a rule at a breakfast buffet before. It felt unnecessarily restrictive and not very welcoming. The somewhat unfriendly atmosphere has naturally influenced my rating. Without these issues, my review would have been more positive, as the hotel itself is clean and in a good location. Overall, the customer experience could be improved significantly by adopting a more guest-friendly approach.
