    I checked in and staff lied to me that there is no room available due AC problem, but my friend told me they checked in earlier the hotel overbooked, therefore they had to take my room for them. The staff gave me no option to stay hotel opposite side of the road with ***; noisy and hard bed price *** or *** at counter shown. But staff told me it is more expensive than my original room which *** a night. I called agoda agent told me that hotel pay All Day hotel *** and forced me to have breakfast for the ***. I didnt have breakfast due to I have to go Udon airport in the morning. It is unacceptable, I expect honesty and my *** or full refund due to I cant sleep all night. Thank you for you reply.

    I was transferred to another hotel which it seems very bad. Only breakfast was offered as compensation. I arrived at 2.45pm after 9 hours drive and wedding event there was at 6pm. I needed to rest and prepare myself but got this situation. Poor experience. Unbelievable!
