    As the title says I should really give a bad review so that people don't book it and they will have a room for my next visit, but I can't do that. I stayed here on my last visit in February and really enjoyed it so I booked it again. Communication between the hotel and myself was excellent with all my questions being answered quickly. On arrival the check in was quick and painless. The location is good and quiet, 20-30 bt for a Bolt motorbike to LK Metro or a 10 minute walk, all good. I had an 80sqm room on the top floor and it was great. Both air cons worked well, the shower and bath were great, the cleaners were efficient and everything worked. The receptionists on days were very friendly and helpful too, What more did I need ? I'll probably be going to Pattaya again later in the year and hopefully I'll be able to book this hotel again ?

    Fantastic place to stay, staff are amazing and helpful, the place is extremely clean and well kept. Cleaning staff very good with your room and wouldn’t hesitate to return to this hotel. AAA +

    After an initial 12 day stay I decided to extend my stay for another 9 days basically because I avoid the hassle of checking out and then checking in at another hotel , rather than anything particularly attractive at the LK Serviced apartments. I paid through Agoda on the morning of the final day of my first stay for the extended stay. In the afternoon I was called to reception in the afternoon and was informed that should I continue to use the a/c I would be asked to leave the hotel...!! Apparently I had been leaving the a/c on when I went out in the evening although the price I paid for the room was all inclusive of water and electricity. After the initial shock of this unique demand I asked for a full refund of my earlier payment for the extended stay which received and left the hotel. I had never come across such an imitidating atmosphere as the one I encountered at this venue.
