    When we arrived at this hotel we were so excited for the stay, then the ladies at reception were unhelpful and spoke to each other instead of helping us. Normally when we go to a new hotel we are told where everything is. We had to find the pool on our own (inside and not visible from the carpark). They just pointed to the building where our room was. The room was lovely and clean. Then we had to go up to breakfast which was included, it came out cold, no milk for the coffee, the fruit was the best part of the breakfast. I didn’t think anyone could mess up toast but it happened because the gentleman was to interested in watching the big screen tv rather then serving us. Second morning there was a buffet that was horrid, we didn’t have coffee the fruit again was the best part. When we went to check out the lady used her translator to ask if we had an insurance policy, this concerned us because we only slept in our room (no parties). Then wasn’t keen on giving our deposit back because I had accidentally thrown out the receipt for it. Then she wanted our passports to take another copy before she gave our 1000thb back. We are average people travelling with our 6 year old daughter, we are not fussy at all, this stay left us not wanting to return.

    Spacious and clean room, good staff, nice hotel. The area is isolated with nothing nearby, but very quiet and peaceful for sleeping.

    The rooms are large, spacious, and very clean.The breakfast is very complete and the staff service is excellent.Be aware, however, that the hotel is close to a road and there is significant noise due to a lack of double glazing.The common areas are not air-conditionedIf you don't leave the air conditioning on while you're away, it's simply unbearable when you arrive.Furthermore, we found ourselves in the room two nights in a row in total darkness; the hotel explained it as an electrical problem.The very welcoming staff resolved the issue.Regarding the bedding, the mattresses are very hard and were not comfortable for us.The hotel's location wasn't suitable for us because it was far from everything; we absolutely needed a Bolt or a Grab to get around in more active areas.
