    This hotel is located perfectly in the old town area of Chiang Mai. A number of restaurants and food places are just up the road, and a 7/11 is a couple of doors away if you need anything. I would go back here if I return to Chiang Mai due to its handiness. There is a lot of stuff to see within walking distance of the hotel, and the staff are friendly and nice. The hotel can also arrange a fixed price drop off to the airport, which was handy as I wasn't sure what size Grab to book with our luggage.

    Kodchasri was such a lovely stay! The room was immaculate, the staff were very friendly, the breakfast was amazing with a wide variety of options! The location was great as it is not too far from Tha Phae Gate, Loi Kroh Road, night bazar and a bunch of small neighborhood cafes, bars and some live music. I would highly recommend this hotel for couples and families. The pool area was beautiful and green and a very scenic dining area both out and inside the restaurant space.

    My mom, fiancée and I stayed in 2 rooms at Kodchasiri for 4 days in June. Loved our stay. Breakfast was incredible with the egg station and variety of western and Asian foods. The staff was so friendly. Rooms were clean. The design was beautiful with wood accents. Rooms were larger than expected. Beds had pillow tops so weren’t as hard as some beds we get in Thailand. Overall loved it and would definitely come back.

    We recently stayed at this hotel and were completely disappointed. In fact, we left early despite losing money because he couldn't bear to sleep in these terrible beds. The pillows and completely compressed and lifeless, and the mattress was hard as a rock. Our toilet ran constantly and failed to properly flush. The shower had a scalding hot pipe exposed that I burned my arm on. There were dead cockroaches in our closet. The pool had noticeable green algae buildup in the corners and was not clean. Pros: the staff were incredibly friendly and tried to be accommodating by offering us another room however we felt too uncomfortable and grossed out to stay. I wanted this stay to be the highlight of our trip and it sadly ended up being a nightmare. I would AVOID staying here and would not recommend it.
