    Overall mid experience. Pool was out of order for the full length of out stay… room wasn’t cleaned.

    I stayed in the budget room with shared bathroom, room was very basic but get what you pay for, it was clean and had aircon which was most important to me. Staff were lovely and 7 eleven right next door.

    Lady on reception (who I think was the owner was very sweet and organised). Location was quite a drive from Thongsala and Haad Rin but very close to Haad salad beach. No cleans through our 4 night stay and had to request bin bags and toilet roll (these were provided with ease). Outdoor bathroom was a nice idea but maybe not as ideal in practice when it rained or was boiling hot. Rooms in need of some updating- tv didn’t work, plug missing in bath, door taped together in the bathroom, steps up to room in need of repair (not dealbreakers but did effect our overall impression). Would have rated higher if price was lower but wasn’t ideal for us with young kids. Swimming pool was a highlight.
