    Our family of five loved everything about being at Baan Kan Tiang villas.: the spectacular views, the spacious beautiful accommodation, the pool, the quiet setting and the thoughtful touches such as tea, coffee and fruit on arrival, outside clothes driers and sun beds for the huge balcony. They have local restaurants that will deliver food so you don’t need to leave, but if you do the nearby beach is stunning. This was our favourite place in Thailand which is no mean feat with teenagers, an under 10 and fussy adults to please. Don’t hesitate to book it!

    Lovely stay here for NYE, you can see the fireworks across the bay. Note that most tuktuk/taxi will not take you up the hill- so if you aren't a hill walker this might not be for you. The arranged transfer is approx 40% more expensive than just grabbing a tuktuk or taxi from Saladin pier. Note that it is approx 45 mins transfer. Highly recommend Himalayan curry hour and Drunken Sailor for food.

    Despite having a brutal hill to the resort, the resort itself is outstanding. Lovely staff, great service. Couldn't recommend it enough
