    ห้องพักกว้าง แยกห้องนอนกับห้องนั่งเล่น แต่แอร์เล็กและเก่ามากไม่เย็น ทางรีสอร์ทมีพัดลมตั้งพื้นไว้ให้ในห้องนั่งเล่น พื้นห้องน้ำลื่นมากๆ อาจต้องปรับปรุงในส่วนนี้เพื่อความปลอดภัยของผู้เข้าพัก โดยภาพรวมพนักงานต้อนรับยิ้มแย้มแจ่มใส สถานที่ตั้งไม่ไกลจากตัวเมือง ใกล้แหล่งท่องเที่ยวและสถานที่สำคัญๆ เรื่องการสั่งอาหาร room service ต้องปรับปรุงเรื่องความชัดเจนของเวลาในการสั่ง เพราะQR code ที่ติดไว้ในห้องพักแจ้งว่าเวลาการสั่ง room service ถึง 19.00 น แต่พอlineสั่งอาหาร ได้รับคำตอบว่าวันนี้ปิดบริการชั่วคราวซึ่งทำให้เสียความรู้สึก อันที่จริงถ้าจะปิดบริการชั่วคราวควรแจ้งลูกค้าตั้งแต่ตอนเช็คอินเพื่อป้องกันไม่ให้ลูกค้าเสียความรู้สึกและเตรียมเตรียมตัวรับประทานอาหารอาหารจากด้านนอกก่อนเข้าห้องพักได้ เรื่องอาหารเช้าพนักงานแจ้งว่าคูปองอาหารเช้ามีมูลค่า 250 บาท แต่อธิบายไม่ชัดเจนว่า 250 บาทต่อคนหรือต่อ 2 คน หน้าตาและคุณภาพอาหารเช้าดีเหมาะสมกับราคา การเข้าพักที่ชญาดารีสอร์ทครั้งนี้ประทับใจในเรื่องของการต้อนรับขนาดห้องพักและคุณภาพอาหารเช้า แต่สิ่งที่ควรปรับปรุงซึ่งฝากไปยังเจ้าของรีสอร์ท คือ แอร์ในห้องพักไม่เย็นและเก่ามาก พื้นห้องน้ำลื่นมาก การอธิบายรายละเอียดเรื่องราคาอาหารเช้าให้พนักงานชี้แจงลูกค้าให้ละเอียดตั้งแต่ตอนเช็คอิน โอกาสหน้าถ้าได้แวะไปโคราชจะไปพักอีกค่ะ

    The hotel location is alright; it's close to Terminal 21, probably less than a 10-minute walk. The facilities in the room are quite basic, and there aren't many power sockets available for conveniently charging phones, tablets, and other electronic gadgets. Breakfast is a buffet. The food selection isn't extensive, but they do have carbohydrates, protein, and vegetables. The coffee is instant coffee. What I found most unacceptable was the tap water in the room. We checked in in the afternoon and went out to wander around. When we returned to the hotel in the evening, we found that the water in the sink and shower was very dirty. At this time, there was no one at the hotel reception. After looking for a while, we finally found a staff member in a small room. He came to our room to see the dirty tap water, but he said the water was the same in all the rooms and that even changing rooms wouldn't solve the problem.
