    Some hotels impress you with their surroundings. Others captivate you with luxury. But the truly exceptional ones remain in your memory because of how their people make you feel. For us, VIE Hotel Bangkok – MGallery Collection, Ratchathewi belongs firmly in that rare category. Returning after eight years was an unexpectedly sentimental experience. What touched us most was being reunited with Ms Boom, Concierge Manager, who had extended the same gracious hospitality to us during our stay eight years ago. Time may have passed, but her warmth, sincerity and unmistakable passion for hospitality have remained beautifully consistent. To encounter that same genuine welcome almost a decade later was extraordinary. It reminded us that true hospitality is not merely a service standard—it is a lasting human connection. Our sincere compliments also go to Sara at Reception, who was nothing short of remarkable. Polished, attentive and exceptionally professional, she ensured that every aspect of our stay was thoughtfully taken care of. Her confidence, efficiency and genuine attentiveness made every interaction effortless. Sara did not simply attend to our needs; she gave us the reassuring feeling that our comfort genuinely mattered. Equally deserving of recognition is Ms Praew from the Piano Lounge. Her gracious personality and natural attentiveness elevated our time there tremendously. No request ever appeared inconvenient, no question too troublesome, and every interaction was accompanied by genuine warmth. That willingness to go beyond what is expected is precisely what transforms good service into outstanding hospitality. And that, perhaps, is the greatest strength of VIE Hotel Bangkok. The impressive facilities, sophisticated surroundings and indulgent comforts undoubtedly reflect its five-star standing, but the people are its true luxury. Being in another country yet feeling so completely comfortable, cared for and welcomed is something no magnificent room or beautiful interior can create on its own. There is an extraordinary consistency here. Eight years later, the warmth remains. The professionalism remains. The sincerity remains. In an industry where beautiful hotels are plentiful, maintaining such an authentic culture of hospitality across the years is an achievement worthy of tremendous recognition. Our highest compliments to Ms Boom, Sara, Ms Praew and the entire VIE Hotel Bangkok team. You did far more than provide us with an excellent stay—you reminded us why we remembered VIE so fondly in the first place. We arrived expecting a beautiful hotel experience.     Not too near but also not too far away from all the shopping and food. Room was very spacious that my kid enjoyed running all around the place. Train station just below. Massage available right within the hotel, or also opposite the hotel. Night bars also just beside.

    Location is very near the Ratchathewi BTS, just a couple of minutes away. Room was spacious with all the standard amenities. However, there was a lizard found in the shower room and the aircon in the bedroom broke down, hence had to call the engineer to fix it in the middle of the night and broke down in the morning again. Facilities of the bedroom can be improved.
