    It's horrible. People sit around smoking weed all day. The smell is disgusting. Every where you walk, by the pool, front desk or outside rooms is the smell of weed. On top of that the wifi is pathetic, you can barely open a website page. Staff are unfriendly. A bad experience

    All, but funnily enough the cheap rooms at the back of the facility are really noisy from the constant traffic from the road frontage and dependent on the calibre of guests that night. around the pool. So if you don't mind the odd whiff of Ganga,(they have signs up saying no puffing Ganga but it is largely ignored and not policed) prefer to sleep at about midnight and then like to be lulled quietly to sleep by the hum of passing motorcycles then this is a really cool place to stay. Staff keep the place clean and are friendly. The pool is brilliant as is the location.

    ⭐ 1/5 – Extremely Disappointing Service We stayed in Rooms 220 and 325 for two nights. Although this is a budget hotel and we did not expect luxury facilities, we did expect basic hospitality and respectful treatment. When we arrived around 5:00 PM on 4 July, there was no parking available in front of the hotel. When we politely asked the female front desk staff if there was an alternative parking area, she responded rudely and simply told us to park somewhere else. After seeing our Myanmar passports, we felt that we were treated differently because of our nationality. Later, we found that both rooms had completely run out of shower gel and shampoo. When we informed the same staff member, she insisted that we bring the bottles downstairs, even though the dispensers were fixed to the bathroom wall. After we explained this, she walked away and left us waiting without any explanation. No one ever came to refill the toiletries during our entire stay. We eventually had to buy our own toiletries from 7-Eleven. The hotel facilities may be basic, but poor customer service and disrespectful treatment are unacceptable. We hope the management will seriously address this issue and improve staff training so that future guests are treated with courtesy and respect.
