    I think the best thing in apart Zero which is really at the center of the old town was the Receptionist named Christian he explained everything in detailed, He welcomes us with a great smile and positive aura. The apartment was okay clean and clean bathroom very comfortable.

    The staff were definitely the highlight — very friendly, polite, and clearly doing their best to make the stay pleasant, despite being understaffed. The vibe is casual and hostel-like, which is fine, but unfortunately, the place is in serious need of maintenance and repairs. Positives: • Friendly and helpful staff who tried their best under challenging circumstances. • Air conditioning worked well. • Towels were provided, which was appreciated. Negatives: Cleanliness & Maintenance: • Several doors had visible damage — some kicked in, others with holes. • Sinks were broken, and bathrooms were often flooded. • The fridge looked clean but had a terrible smell. • Showers fluctuated between scalding hot and freezing cold. • The washing machine was out of order. Comfort: • Mattresses were extremely worn and uncomfortable. • No table or proper dining area to eat at. Facilities: • The kitchen stove was broken and replaced with a portable cooker that didn’t work well. • Wi-Fi was unreliable and barely usable throughout the stay.
